General terms and conditions

You can check-in at any time via self-check-in at the hotel entrance on level 0 – to do so, you need your reservation number, which we will have sent you by e-mail the day before you arrive. Your key card is active from 15:00 on the day you arrive and enables you to access all key areas in the building.

Upon departure, simply leave the key card back in the box at the terminal. Your card will remain active until 10:00 on the day you are due to depart. Should you lose your key card, you can have a new one issued at the terminal.

In summer you can cancel free of charge up to 1 week before you are due to arrive, and up to 1 month beforehand in the winter. In general, business terms for the hotel sector apply. I recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance if you are coming to stay here – just in case, because you just never know what life has in store.

We would like to let you know that the prices offered vary depending on your travel dates. We would also like to bring your attention to the fact that there may be a short-stay surcharge. Upon issue of the new price list, all previous price lists are no longer valid. Subject to changes in price, printing and general error and changes to offers. Terms of Austria’s Hotel Contract Law apply.

I would like to politely point out that here with me in the kerii, in Restaurant omii, in Groma and in my partner hotel Alpen-Karawanserai directly opposite, that card payment only is available. Should you need any assistance with self-check-in, placing orders of with payment, please let us know.

Anyone over the age of 18 is very welcome in the adults-only boutique hotel kerii. As a perfect complement, families with children can enjoy a stay in Alpen-Karanwanserai, our other hotel directly opposite. You can of course enjoy breakfast together - in Restaurant omii or in Alpen-Karanwanserai. Whatever you prefer.

To Hotel information

Your room has a fire alarm. When showering, please always switch on the bathroom light, otherwise the fire alarm may be triggered. The cost for emergency response from the fire brigade is 990 – which you certainly wouldn’t want to pay… what do you reckon?

Move throughout the hotel without any restrictions – how is nice is that. Barrier-free access to the hotel, spacious rooms on request, easily accessible toilets and easy-going wellness in the roof garden. I have even thought of a wheelchair lift into the pool. And should you need assistance elsewhere, just let me know.

In Groma, in the Honesty Bar and in the greenhouse. I am confident that everyone under my roof will be honest with one another. Thank you so much for your respect and your trust in us too.

If you are unable to keep to an appointment you have already registered for and booked in the wellness area in Alpen-Karanwanserai, please let us know at least 1 day in advance so another guest can have the opportunity to enjoy a nice treatment. In the event of no-show, 100% of the treatment price will be charged.
